To Whom It May Concern:

I am overseeing an NIH-funded SBIR Phase II autism technology development project based on a university-industry partnership. I would like to ask for your input. As part of the third and final phase of our project, we are assessing the efficacy of remote consultation & Behavior Imaging for autism treatment.

Our industry partner is Caring Technologies, Inc. of Boise, Idaho. Under the SBIR grant, the company developed a new technology called Behavior Imaging, which is the capture and/or secure sharing of behavior on video in a natural environment.

Parents, teachers, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers use it for Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA), treatment, training, assessment, and other clinical purposes for the treatment and management of autism.

I would like to ask if you could respond to a short online survey here. The survey is anonymous and voluntary. You can skip any item or stop at any time.

In exchange for your contribution, I have arranged for Caring Technologies, Inc. to provide you with one month's complimentary service of B.I. CARE, which is their online Behavior Imaging health record.

Thank you for considering this request. Please feel free to contact me at uwe@autismresearch.org if you have any questions.

Best regards,
